Building my home with Updwell Homes has been a great experience. As a first time homeowner I am very impressed with the quality of the service and the home we are in. The pricing of the home fit right in our budget and really helped my husband and I when finding how to get into our first home. Our agent kept us in the loop on updates with the home and took time helping my husband and I understand the process of building a home. During our orientation/ walk through we were given the warranty manual, and it has come into use when learning how to fix certain concerns I have found and clearly states to us if it is covered under warranty. So far I have lived in my home for 3 months and I am very impressed and happy with my decision to build with Updwell Homes.

I am extremely impressed with their efficiency in building our home. They built our home in 3-4 months and the quality has exceeded our expectations. As a first time homebuyer the process was very easy. I really appreciated the afforability of the plans and the exterior/interior packages. There are many options to suit your budget. The colors of the exterior/interior packages are beautiful! I love the option to finish the basement for renting. I'm grateful my builder shared this option with me, it will empower us to have more financial freedom. Overall the partners are honest and seeking to provide the best value/quality for their customers without sacrificing affordability.

I have mixed feelings sharing this review, but it has caused us enough grief that others should be aware. First off, I should mention I really enjoyed working with our foreman. He made himself available and was extremely friendly and fund me around.

On the other hand, the attention to detail and craftsmanship that went into our home from the very beginning was extremely poor. The framing was done haphazardly, leaving boards without nails and walls and door frames being misaligned. Our laminate flooring was installed incorrectly, but problems didn’t arise until after our warranty was up. The cabinets are extremely low quality, and after only a few years, we are already looking to replace. During the first year with our warranty, we had them come out and check a few things, but it was done so poorly. I didn’t want them to come out anymore and took care issues myself. The communication recordkeeping with their realtor/coordinator was awful and they were debating argue with us all the time.

I believe these are good people, but may have their hands too full or spare the lack of experience and craftsmanship. I would not recommend this homebuilder to friends or family.

This builder has taken special consideration to make their home's energy efficient as possible. They deliver a high quality home in a reasonable amount of time. They are really great to work with!

I have had an great experience with UpDwell Homes. They have been able to build our home in a timely manner and help us choose the home that fits our needs. The packages that they offer are very tasteful and helped us make an easy decision on what we wanted. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Don’t even think about it. Never. We spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a new home only to have numerous issues only 2 years later. Our whole neighborhood constantly has issues. Spend your money somewhere else.

I own a home in the highlands community and every house on my street and others behind me are having issues with concrete settling a year after our warranty expires. We were quoted 7 grand to fix our driveway and our front walkway. Updwell is refusing to do anything.
