Charles has been an excellent landlord and it has been my pleasure working with him for four years. He has always been prompt, attentive, and gone above and beyond to manage his properties. Without question, working with Charles Peacock was the best real estate experience I have ever had. Charles led me through the process of deciding between purchasing a property for my dental practice, or renewing my lease. He was objective, honest, very responsive, and I did not feel pressured at any time. When I finally made the decision to renew my lease, Charles worked out an arrangement with my landlord that was exceptional. He referred me to an excellent lawyer to review my lease, which resulted in an improvement in my lease terms. Charles also negotiated a reduction in my annual rent, forgiveness of several months rent next year, and a cosmetic renovation of my office. I couldn't be happier.
