After calling several surveying companies for quotes I chose Unger because of their excellent customer service. I had a complex situation regarding my property I purchased years ago. Dave was such a great guy to work with. He went above a beyond and took his time to listen to me and explain everything in detail. Highly recommend over any other surveying company. Highly recommend Unger Surveying & Construction. Matt and Dave were extremely communicative, on budget, and reliable. The project scope included existing floor removal, framing, drywall, finishing, door install, new hardwood floor install and trim. Bonus points for cleaning at the end of everyday. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

From the first communication to the final product, Unger Surveying & Construction were friendly and professional. They did a great job. After calling more than a dozen surveyors, we chose them because they stood out for their responsiveness, friendliness and offering. We needed more than just the four corners of the property marked and they did a great job of marking the boundary and providing us with the updated plat. They also took the time to walk around the property with us and answer all our questions. The Ungers are a family, and we enjoyed seeing this multigenerational business in action. We highly recommend them.

Hired them for survey work as part of the process of buying land.
Great company to work with. They were prompt, thorough, and had good communication throughout the process. Delivered results on time and on budget. They also worked through a couple minor items after the initial delivery to ensure we had the best product possible both on paper and in the field.
