LOOK NO FURTHER, TYLER SHOULD BE THE CHOICE! My husband and I were first time home buyers, in a market that is beyond competitive in Eastside Costa Mesa. We’ve kept a close eye on things throughout the pandemic- saw places with cash offers the same day, 25-30 offers, and $100k/200k/300k over asking and were about to make the call that it wasn’t the right time to pursue. Throughout this time- Tyler kept us informed with insights, set us up with a portal to view listings within our search parameters, and guided us through pros and cons of listings we had questions on. When we happened to find “the one” he was prompt at getting us in to see it (same day) and did a thorough review of the property and got as much information as he could to give to us. Fast forward we just closed escrow, 19 days later! Think of every adjective that would describe your perfect real estate agent, and Tyler will surpass that. He was a transparent communicator, patient, thoughtful, thorough, action oriented, and above all our trusted partner. He didn’t miss a beat. He always had our best interest in mind, and that was evident throughout the entire process from putting in an offer all the way through to closing escrow. He led us through every layer of decision making with ease, and encouraged us to be thoughtful with each one. He also recommended our lender, Vinnie, who was STELLAR. Between Tyler and Vinnie, we were so confident as first time home buyers with our team standing behind us. I truly cannot sing enough praises about our experience with Tyler, it is something we will always remember so fondly!

Tyler was an amazing agent! He was extremely helpful in sending me new listings the minute they were posted that were exactly what I was looking for. He would make adjustments as necessary and was very attentive to anything I needed. He got me walking through properties very quickly. He was constantly keeping me in the loop with everything going on during my home purchase and made the whole process incredibly smooth! I highly recommend working with Tyler!
