Buyer Beware - this is the only community in Meadowville Landing where the Twin Rivers homeowners have to pay an extra HOA fee for lawn service. We found out about the extra HOA fee after we signed the contract, & so far, the service has been mediocre. HOA and management has been a struggle to contact, hopefully we'll get some headway in the future with a new manager.
Note the house next door - is a model home used to sell houses in the community, also has a different landscaper.

I do not know how the houses are built I have not been there to look.I sure hope they are better than Ryan homes because Ryan is the worst builder I have seen for the money you pay.I believe Eastwood builds twin rivers we shall see.
