A genuine review from a customer perspective

I purchased a 2BHK in Oct 22 till now the customer care has been very helpful.. the communication has been really good..

The payment schedule was really hectic for us as we were self funding but it's according to the stage of construction and it's very transparent..

The quality of construction as far as we saw was good but only can comment properly after handover

Last week they took us around the apartments as inside work is mostly completed and it was a good way to keep customers in loop.. and it was a confidence booster that construction is going on time and handover won't get delayed

Only thing which I didn't like was the lift lobby which was very cramped and they had tried to cut space there .. for such a nice building the lift lobby on the ground floor should have been a little more bigger and nicer..

The customer portal used to work initially but now it doesn't work

Over all satisfied with the experience with TVS till now hope it continues till the end...

Happy to buy here a house as the locality is good and very close to upcoming metro station. TVS emerald is a good brand in real estate and we gained the trust by their previous properties and also the design of jardin impressed us.
The overall construction is also very neat , precise and time bound.
I see many comments with the issue in payment schedule but to be honest i don't agree. Although it was hectic for us also to cope up with the frequent demands, but all the demands raised by tvs were as per the agreement and hence i cant blame.
I really liked the transparency that tvs team showed with us because if something is not possible, they would tell us directly.
The only phase where we were not so happy is during the sales which certainly needs to be improved.

We visit this property over last weekend in carnival. The demo flat looks decent , property is at good location close to main Hosur road. We booked a 2 Bhk unit the price sales team quoted was attractive, however, later they mentioned there are “other charges” so be careful there a lot of hidden charges which added around 5-6 lakhs to the price they offer. Otherwise it’s a decent property to go with.

After 19 months since its October 2022 launch, construction of 4 towers in A/B/C/D block has been completed. Progress is impressive, with handover expected after March 2025. TVS pledged to deliver all units by 2025, with the Rera end date set for July 2027. Hopefully, they have kept their promise and made all the owners proud. TVS should stand for the Trust-Value-Service. Thank you.

The overall quality of the project is commendable, without a doubt. However, a notable concern arises in the manner in which milestone payments are being collected. While the payments align with the agreed-upon terms and are in accordance with construction milestones, a significant issue arises from the undisclosed aspect of completing the majority of milestones within a few months, followed by a prolonged wait of almost two years for the delivery.

This has caused a substantial setback for individuals who placed their trust and made bookings in Blocks A & B during the initial release by TVS Emerald. Consequently, these early investors are experiencing a loss of nearly two years' worth of interest on 93% of the total amount, along with the burden of early EMIs. (The Block C&D became available for booking after Blocks A&B were already significantly booked).

Because of this TVS Emerald has inadvertently let down those who displayed early confidence and commitment, by booking in Block A&B, thereby raising concerns about the perceived fairness and transparency of the process.
