The mockups were nice and the garden bed pretty much reflected the option that I chose. However, I feel as though the job was rushed being that I was not home to supervise the work. I had to call them back out to fix one of the garden beds. None of the weeds were removed, the weed fabric was not replaced. There was no edging of the garden bed and the mulch that was installed is very skimpy in certain spots so I will need to purchase more mulch to fix it. I tried reaching out to Ashley and never got a response and it’s been a week. Overall the garden bed looks much better than it did before but for $990 I expect better customer service.

My experience with Tuscaloosa Garden company was great. Scott managed my project, and he was incredibly professional and responsive. He came out with his landscape designer, and gave me a quote and a mock up of the design within just a few days. He was really communicative throughout the process; if weather delayed some of the work, he would let me know and immediately reschedule.

He also helped me find an irrigation specialist to repair my irrigation system after tearing out the old landscaping but before putting in the new plants. Rather than me having to go between the two for scheduling, they communicated directly with each other.

The design looks beautiful, and really complements my home while also meeting my requirement that it be low maintenance. He listened to my suggestions for the yard, but also let me know whether they were appropriate choices for my space given the light, drainage, etc. I would highly recommend Tuscaloosa Garden Services.

Tuscaloosa Garden Company is the real deal! Ashley has a gift when it comes to landscape design. When it was time to install, the plants arrived big and healthy. The crew took great care in assuring the soil was amended and the plants were planted just right while taking great care to not destroy sod or sidewalk. They cleaned up the yard and even the street before they left. I greatly recommend Tuscaloosa Garden Company for any and all landscape needs. Their knowledge and professionalism is like none other!
