I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS. TURNING POINT REALTY, ALBERT A TURMEL AND SUSAN R. DELKER FLIPPED MY HOME. ALBERT A TURMEL PULLED A PERMIT IN 12/09/21FOR DRYWALL. HE IS NOT A LICENSED CONTRACTOR. HE REMOVED A LOAD BEARING WALL INCORRECTLY. I NOW HAVE TO MOVE OUT AND HAVE THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOORS SECURED BECAUSE THEY ARE SUSPENDED. A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER ($700.00) WAS CALLED IN. WORK HAS TO BE PERFORMED AND I HAVE TO MOVE OUT WHILE IT'S DONE. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE FINAL STRUCTURAL WORK WILL COST.

WHEN I MOVED IN I HAD ISSUES WITH THE HVAC AND WATER HEATER. I THREATENED WITH SMALL CLAIMS. THEY MADE ME WHOLE BUT REQUIRED I SIGN A DOCUMENT HOLDING THEM FREE FROM ANY FURTHER ISSUES. I SIGNED NOT KNOWING THE HOUSE WOULD NEED STRUCTURAL HELP. EITHER WAY, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I ASK MYSELF, 'DID THEY KNOW WHAT THEY DID WAS WRONG'? THE CITY IS SET TO COME OUT AND INSPECT. I HAVE SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB AND DEPARTMENT OF LABOR.

YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.
