I called Steve about a couple outlets that were out. He showed up on time the following day and quickly addressed the issue. He was very honest about the work that needed to be done and explained it thoroughly. He did not try to upsell me on any other work and was very polite. Today, we were lucky. We found Steve on the first call. He is all of the above and more.
As a result, Turn Electric is the first call I will make for any electrical problems. He is thorough in finding the cause (like a detective) checking each stage that could be affected.

He was avaliable to come on the same day, which I wasn’t expecting, and the problem was solved in half an hour. He was very reasonable with his rate - and we were more than happy to give him a tip.

I had a great experience with Turn Electric. Steve handled a breaker replacement along with some rewiring.

Steve took the time to explain in detail what the issue was and what he was going to do to fix it. I was experiencing frequent electrical trips, and it turned out that the old breaker was malfunctioning and some of the wiring needed updating to meet safety standards. Steve walked me through the problem, explained how he would replace the breaker and upgrade the wiring, and answered all my questions.

He was fair and honest about the pricing, and I felt like I got a really good deal for the work done.
