The summer event at Turing’s rooftop was nothing short of spectacular! Despite the hot summer day, the atmosphere was absolutely electric. The DJ kept the energy high with an awesome playlist that had everyone dancing and enjoying themselves. The food was a standout—different from past events, and a delicious surprise for all. The Photo Booth was a hit, offering a fun way to capture memories from the day. The leasing team did an incredible job, walking around and making sure residents were well taken care of. Overall, it was an amazing event that really brought the community together. Can’t wait for the next one!

Credit where it is deserved, the facilities are nice, and the maintenance staff is great. However, Turing attracts you with a good rate, only to raise your rent 10% yearly when the lease is renewed. When you leave, they will lie and charge you absurd cleaning fees, even if you get the apt professionally cleaned. They were also dishonest about the utilities costs, which ended up costing me double what they informed me before I signed the lease.

This is by far my favorite luxury apartment complex. The location is prime for commuting, the amenities are well-taken care of, and most importantly, the staff is helpful and friendly. I am a huge fan of the events that are held for the residents. It's a fun way to connect with your neighbors over some amazing food and drinks.

I recently moved out of this building and wanted to share my experience with anyone considering this property. Great amenities but we had to end our lease early after living here for over 2 years.

The primary issue was disruptive neighbors who frequently ignored quiet hours (post midnight!). Just imagine your sleep getting disrupted every couple of hours. Despite multiple (10+) complaints over a three month period, management seeing for themselves the issue and agreeing the inconvenience it was causing, the only action they took was "talk to the resident". Their proposed solution was we moving to another apartment and pay for the moving charges and higher rent. Interestingly and weirdly, the bedrooms on top floors are not carpeted and the floors are wafer thin so noise permeates. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper

If you’re a non-smoker and smoking smell annoys you, be aware that it's NOT strictly non-smoking. Cigarette and marujiana smoke are prevalent throughout the property. They expect you to record and send a video before they issue any violations so be ready with your phone before you complaint

We are incredibly grateful for the amazing experience we’ve had while working with Heather and her outstanding team—AJ, Kimberly, Jizel, and Octavio. They have truly gone above and beyond, making our journey here nothing short of remarkable.
As we approach our fourth lease term and have explored three different apartment sizes and locations by choice, it’s clear that we’ve found a place we absolutely love. The peaceful environment, combined with fantastic amenities that are consistently well-serviced and maintained, has made this community feel like home.

The location is amazing, and right above Trader Joe’s. It works great for people working full time like my husband and I.

While the amenities at this apartment complex are decent, the rent price doesn’t align with the outdated and inefficient appliances.

For eg, the washer and dryer. The washer lacks essential features for various settings, has a very limited capacity, and the dryer performs poorly. The dryer does not have any option for delicate clothes. All it has is ‘more dry’ and ‘less dry’ and upto 70 minutes of dryer time. For delicates if we use the “less dry” option fails to dry clothes even after 3-4 cycles, while the power shuts off mid-cycle after 120 minutes, requiring constant supervision. This inefficiency damages clothes and wastes time.

Additionally, the water dispenser is incredibly slow, making it frustrating to use. Another major issue is the lack of cell signal throughout the building. It’s almost 2025, yet there’s no reception, and the intercom system in the garage doesn’t work. This creates significant inconvenience for both us and our guests, as they have no way to contact us when visiting.

While the rent is competitive compared to other complexes, it doesn’t feel justified given these shortcomings. Many other apartments offer similar amenities with modern, functional appliances at comparable prices.

We chose this apartment due to its proximity to the BART station in Milpitas and our restricted timeline, but the overall experience has been disappointing. Improvements in appliances and connectivity would go a long way in enhancing the value for residents.

We have been absolutely enjoying our lease here at Turing. The staff is very attentive and responsive. The amenities are very well maintained. The convenience of having trader joes in your apartment is great too.
But above all, the best part is the regular upkeep and maintenance of the property and the units. And its is also a very safe place with ample security, mail box storage and building door security locks.
They also have fun celebrations for events like super-bowl parties and mothers day events.
Shout-out to Kimberley and Heather for their responsiveness and professionalism.

Turing surpasses all other apartment communities I have lived in, making it truly exceptional. Here's an overview of its outstanding features:

Unit: The apartments themselves are incredibly spacious, equipped with modern amenities like a water dispensing refrigerator, wooden flooring, central AC, and key fob locks. Although the balconies could be slightly larger, the breathtaking views of the Sierra Vista mountain more than compensate for it. Rating: 4.5/5

Amenities: Turing boasts some of the finest amenities in the Bay area. The meticulously maintained swimming pool and jacuzzi are delightful. Additionally, they offer pool tables, a poker room, a conference room with free printer access, and a charming café. The community provides ample space to host guests and even features multiple barbecue stations. Moreover, sports enthusiasts can enjoy the badminton court and ping pong room, and there's the convenience of electric charging through EvConnect. Rating: 4.9/5 (Deducting 0.1 stars due to a perpetually faulty coffee machine in the cafeteria!)

Management: The exceptional management team at Turing truly sets it apart. Heather, the property director, is an epitome of care and empathy. She genuinely goes above and beyond to assist residents, and I have personally experienced her unwavering support in resolving various issues. Heather is consistently on top of things. The service staff is prompt in responding to service requests and treats residents with utmost respect. Rating: 5/5

Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Turing as an ideal apartment community.
