I have lived at Tudor Oaks Properties in Cannonsburg two different times including 2015-2017 and 2021-2024. I really could not have found a better place to rent for the price, the quietness of the people in other units and the security of living there. I later wished, after the fact on both occasions that I had stayed parked rather than moved. The units are rather small, especially the kitchen, it is very similar to a galley or Gauley kitchen. Thus my main reason for moving, that is now a story within itself. Nancy is very thorough when she checks other potential tenants and that is much appreciated! I did do repairs and put flooring down for my own liking and she was ok with that as long as she seen the end result and liked it. She can come across very stern and hard but she believes in good tenants and wants you to know that and be a good tenant. I may find myself going back in the future if she has an opening. She did refund my deposit, but I believe in leaving a place better than I found it.

My son lived at Tudor Oaks Properties on Diederich Blvd for the past year and loved it. Apartment is very spacious and the location is extremely convenient to grocery stores and Russell Schools. There is a small stream in the back yard area that is quite nice to watch deer come to drink. My son enjoyed watching the deer early in the mornings roaming around so close to the apartments. Nancy is a very nice and fair landlord. We had no issues with getting his deposit back at the end of his lease. Greg, (maintenance) was very respectful and efficient in taking care of cutting the grass and any needed repairs, which were very few because the apartments are in great condition. Kenton, (also maintenance) was kind enough to help us move out a heavy bedframe from the apartment, even driving to our new place to help with the unloading of it as well. He did this on his own time and we appreciated it so much! These are stellar people to rent from and we would recommend Tudor Oaks Properties to anyone looking for a Great leasing experience.

I rented an apartment with Tudor Oaks for approximately 2.5 years. The location was convenient to both Ashland Community College and a variety of schools for children. The time I spent at Tudor Oaks was very good. Any repairs or issues we experienced were addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. The cost of rent was very reasonable compared to other rentals in the area. If we hadn’t had to move out of the area, we would have likely stayed there for much longer. I highly recommend Tudor Oaks Properties.

I currently live in a Tudor Oaks apartment. The landlord is very prompt in answering any questions. All of my neighbors in the complex are very nice as well. It’s a nice well maintained apartment and the rent is reasonable. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and never had any issues.

I have rented from here for about a year and a half and just turned in my keys because I moved back to Columbus. The town house was great and very spacious. The neighbors where all very friendly and we all always where looking out for one another. I would recommend these apt to everyone and the rent isn’t bad, not to expensive very reasonable.

This was a wonderful place to live! It’s off a dead end street which cut down traffic quite a bit. Nancy was very quick to reply with any questions that I had. I had no issues with the property the entire 10 months that I lived there. I would definitely recommend the apartment complex or any of Tudor oaks properties as a place to call home!

This lady is charging applicants $15 to run a fn credit report that is free on credit karma then if they have any credit cards or bills in collections from any point in time she says she can't rent to them, keeps their $15 though. Get a life lady, you are no better than anyone else in this world and credit cards have nothing to do with paying rent. I'm guessing your are on of those nosy landlords who needs to know how many times a tenant wipes their as* a day. So glad I rented from someone else. Lady you are straight up TRASH so get over yourself.

We lived there for almost 3yrs. If anything needed fixed, they took care of it. Excellent experience on ending lease and refunding deposit. She was very fair on refund as well.
