BUYER BEWARE!!!!! The only reason there is a "star" is to be able to post this.
We met Tielman Lindsay of TTS Landscape January 2020, we spoke again November 7, discussed the job, he gave me a price , on top of the previous proposal, I told him this was a surprise, a gift for my husband, could it be done before Thanksgiving? He responded with " it will be done Tuesday" this was Saturday, I wrote a check it was for 500.00 over half. TTS Landscape showed up on Thursday Nov. 12th, Friday, Tielman asked me for more money, so he could stay there and be done Saturday, I wrote another check, Tielman took it and never came back. Tielman showed up on Monday 16th physically pitched a fit and left. Job was to be done Tuesday 17th would someone be there to pay him? No one showed up that day. 18th Tielman said job would be done today, he needed to be paid. The 20th, he wanted someone to meet him to replace the timers and get paid, first it was 10am then 11, he never showed. 21st Tielman called "job will be completed today could you have someone meet me there so I can get paid"? Nov 22nd you called me "not going to tell you when the job is done after denying that you sent me a text Wed 18th stating the job was completed. I told you not to contact me again until the job was completed. Wed. Nov. 25th Tielman stated the job will be done he had about 15 minutes left and again he wanted someone to meet him on Thanksgiving Day. Your trailer was still in my driveway. Monday, I get a text from a ms Lindsay stating Tielman will not be available for 2 weeks she will be taking payment. Again the job is not completed, we will be home Sunday. We were devastated at what he had done to our yard. They removed OUR stones from the railroad ties, left the rods sticking out and put the stones at the driveway, never hooked up the irrigation system, cut our working irrigation system, destroyed our dog run my husband made, left the iron rods sticking out of several pallets, did not put walkway back was left in yard, left garbage in yard, cut our landscape wire and left it wrapped around a rock, lights are laying behind rock, the rock wall he attempted is a mess, looks nothing like my rock wall, he put rocks on the side of a hill that was never discussed and will just fall onto the travertine. Our stones were removed from our upper yard never asked for that, let the yard open for erosion. Tielman of TTS landscape was suppose to place 750sq ft of Tacoma turf after preparing the ground for it as you can see in the pictures that was not done. Tielman did not do the job he was paid for, absolutely none of it. He took the money, demanded more and never did the job. Do not hire this company or Tielman Lindsay check his police record.

I appreciated them coming the same day I called. They charged me premium for replacing my sprinkler valves plus some addional work. They never told us when they arrived so by the time we found out they were working they had the entire system ripped out and were told the problem was worse that they thought. Whats worse is that the issue we called them about was not fixed with all the extra work and new valves. Turns out we didn't need all that work...just a new pressure valve. The next morning my sprinklers would not work. We had to rewire all the valves. While doing this we noticed that the valves installed were not the ones we agreed on. They installed Orbit when we agreed on Irritrol which is a better quality product. We have called these people 4 times to fix the valves that are leaking and have gotten no response.

Tielman and his team has been doing landscaping for me for 6 months now. He is dedicated to his job and makes sure that all plants are in good shape. He did change two irrigation boxes for me , installed new valves and the system works perfectly. They never leave my yard until it is all cleaned up nicely. He takes care of my very tall palm trees too, trims them as needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Tielman & his Crew were a cut above the rest. Donnie on "Saws", Mike on "Rack & Sprayer" and Austin on "Clippers, Shovel & all the rest" completed our ailing makeover in record time. They ALL were responsive to our ideas & requests with a keen eye to meet them. Each worked diligently & precise. The job also entailed installation of half dozen "yard art" pieces.
I vetted & called 3 other highly toughted landscapers twice each, that was 8 days ago without reply. We followed Tielman back to their worksite, on a lark, a week ago this Thursday. He came that evening, gave us a quote & by that Saturday at 2pm the job was DONE. Our yard area is 13,000 sq ft. Oh, they hauled off half a trailer of trash, as well.
But, most of all, they genuinely wanted to make OUR yard the best they could. I THANK YOU GUYS so much for reviving our yard. See you monthly for spruce-ups.
