Many thanks to Valerie with Trust Properties USA. My brother passed away leaving his house in San Deigo to his siblings. The house needed some upgrades if we wanted to sell it as “move in ready”. Trust Properties USA fronted all the construction costs needed to get the house ready. Valerie helped us to decide what improvements should be made to improve our selling price while limiting the costs as much as possible. In addition, Valerie was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful to us during these often stressful and grieving times.
