They’re great! Always communicate on a timely manner and make it really easy to take care of any issue/repair, as well as being thorough with any changes being made with the property or lease. This review is for Daniel V. , my new property manager at TrueDoor PM. Daniel is energetic and willing to help anytime. His willingness makes me feel at ease when I have any concerns about my property. Recently, I didn’t see an item belongs to my condo on the inspection photos. Daniel quickly contacted the tenant and sent over a photo with the item on it. I had other issues, too, which were not in his area of expertise. They are so easy going, professional. Alex did such a great job presenting my property. It had so many hits the first day, and it was rented right away! I know I just started with them, but I can tell they are going to make landlord duties for my rental seamless. Thank you Mahir and Alex!

Edit: 10/20/24. I have decided not to continue renting my place for personal reasons, but I have to say TrueDoor has been wonderful to work with. They made my life so much easier as a landlord. Professional, responsive, respectful and did a great job keeping up with tenants needs. All I had to do was approve or not. I highly recommend them for your property management company.
