Trevor was great to work with! We had a pretty set idea of what we wanted our ADU to look like, but Trevor’s renderings, ideas, and suggestions helped us rethink certain aspects of our plans, and we ended up with a far better design. We highly recommend Trevor Soper for architectural services. Trevor developed plans for a 600-square-foot Accessory Dwelling Unit to give our growing family the additional living space it needs. We were impressed by Trevor’s skill at patiently listening to input from 3 family members, each who saw things a little differently. After several iterations of patient work with us, he arrived at one unified and elegant design that incorporated ideas from each of us. He also coordinated with a structural engineer and handled the whole process of obtaining a City of Flagstaff building permit, which was a big relief for us since these can be daunting tasks! Trevor uses state-of-the-art software to show realistic 3-d models of what the result will look like. He even changed the design in real-time in some meetings, allowing us to instantly evaluate the results.
