I must give a big shout out to the Trinity Custom Home Team in Warner Robbins, Georgia.
They are a talented team that works well together and most importantly for the new home buyer. You can tell that each one of them enjoys what they do, it shows in the way they interact with you, treat you, and care about you, the customer.
Courtney, the Sales Manager, helped us customize the Plantation II plan exactly the way we wanted it. She was with us when it came time to choose the exterior siding, colors, interior colors, floors, cabinets, counters, lighting, bathroom fixtures, door styles, and color of the shingles, everything to do with a new build. Also managed the final closing documents for the home to go into the building process.
Monique, the Sales Assistant, is very friendly, polite, and extremely helpful when I had questions, concerns or needed to relay anything to Courtney, she either answered my questions, found out the answer, or made sure Courtney had the information and would get back in touch with me.
Jim, the Superintendent, oversees all areas of the building process, he is professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of home building, codes, and regulations. He was responsible for all the crews that would be involved in the building process of the house from the beginning to the finished home. Jim came to inspect the work performed by the crew every week or as necessary. When it came time for the county inspector he called and set up the inspection and managed all communication with the inspector when necessary. We talked or texted weekly if not daily, or multiple times a day. He always answered my questions over the phone or through a text message almost immediately or soon thereafter and in a friendly, and professional manner. He is a caring, friendly, likeable person, and treats people the way he would like to be treated. He never let on if I asked a stupid question. Which I am sure I did on an occasion or two!!
All the crews that were building my house were friendly and answered any questions I had and did a wonderful job.
This house is the first and last house we will build from the ground up. This will be our forever home!! It has been such a pleasure communicating and associating with the team and crews lead by the Warner Robbins, Georgia team.
I highly recommend Trinity Custom Home to build your next home!!

*NOTE! I HAD TO DELETE HALF OF MY REVIEW TO MEET GOOGLES CHARACTER LIMIT*
Around Oct 2022, my spouse and I walked into Trinity with no real expectations. Courtney greeted us. Courtney has been truly amazing through the entire process. We met with her and discussed options and what we were looking for and of course prices. They have a substantial number of homes to select from. The first home we were looking for ended up being too steep on the price so we shifted focus to another. Courtney is a wiz at drawing all this stuff up, for you, and she’s able to get a quote for you extremely fast.
So, after the plan was selected and signed off on, next we select all of the stuff for the house. We met with Courtney for this process also. They have several different options available. You chose cabinets, knobs, countertops, flooring, you get two paint colors, trim, fixtures, shingles, what type of exterior, appliance colors, and so on. Again, many of these things you can change. We added a gas range and a double oven. This does not come with a fridge. Everything else was supplied in the contract.
We met with the building superintendent sometime around this process. His name was Jim. Jim was just as excellent as Courtney. I could not have asked for two better people. I am going to jump a bit ahead with Jim. He went above and beyond with some tiny things that were big deals. For example, towards the end of the process, a door opened to cover the light switches. It's probably just simple oversight from the installers or possibly the electrician. Who knows, but Jim made sure that the door was swapped, and he did this with other little simple things. The point is, if it did not make sense in his house, he made sure that it made sense for your house. In my limited experience many people do not give a damn, because it’s not theirs and it meets code. So, it is your problem not theirs. He certainly did not have this attitude. He was also extremely responsive to any questions or concerns that I had.
Getting to the building was the most frustrating part. The original date of completion was before Thanksgiving 2023. That didn't happen. We didn't get started on the crawl space until July or so. Permits!! Learn upfront what your county requires and get that stuff started well in advance. It's got to be done regardless. Pay for it and get it done. If you're on county/city. Its pretty straight forward. Pay your fees and apply, but if you need septic, well, or both. The perc test, for example, can take weeks. Then it’s got be drawn up. You must take those plans to most county officials for them to be reviewed before your plans can be approved. This will delay everything for months.
A gentleman named Joe did a lot of the beginning work. I ended up needing him later to clear more trees twice. He was extremely fair! Joe that does work with Trinity, awesome also! Once the block work was done, we ended up having to wait on a survey for weeks. Story Clarke and Associates... Not good! They lied to us about expected completion and assured us it would be complete on a certain date. That mark was missed twice. That caused about a month delay just to make sure the crawl space wasn't on someone’s land. I wasn't building on a small piece of land, mind you. Jim and I walked it to find the ideal/flattest piece of land. He used something on his phone see property lines. We weren't close in the slightest. Its an easy survey. Moving on...
Everything was pretty fast after this. The house was completed the beginning of Feb 2024, we were just waiting for inspections.
I'd like to note as well. Trinity was kind enough to work with me on some of the aspects of the contract. They were kind enough to allow me to make payments for the 150 or so yard water line I needed ran, along with the 3 loads of gravel, and the septic tank. They didn't have to do this, but shows a lot of good faith. I assure anyone reading this, its a real review. Trinity did not ask me to write this nor did they ask for a detailed review. I just think it's important for people to be able to see.

We moved from South Carolina to Georgia to retire and build a forever home in Lizella, Ga. We spoke with several builders, however, when we spoke with Courtney, I knew that she was the person who would help us with the building of our home, she was nice, kind, professional, knowledgeable and she listen to our request and she gave us great advice on making the right decision. She kept us updated on the process, whenever I emailed her, she responded in a timely manner, even when we couldn't get the original home that we chose, she did not hesitate to start working on another home for us, she was patient with us during the entire process, I am glad that Courtney was assigned to work with us, she had an answer for every question that we had, she assured us that everything was going to work out for us and it did, because there were times when we were frustrated with the process, however, when we spoke with Courtney, she always had the right answer. I thank God for Courtney. She is an outstanding salesperson.

Only came here for a screening and to ask questions about what they offer as a custom home builder. The representation on-site was friendly, upbeat, personable and patient. He kindly listened and asked questions. He was knowledgeable and received my constructive criticism-that I would love to see more modern counter top, hardware and siding options, even agreed on some. Based on this interaction it seemed they would be easy to work with, however, many of the custom options they offer just didn't appeal to me and there was no flexibility in some.
