We did a tour with Deanna Cross from
Shea Homes at Triology. She answered all our questions and the community is truly unique. Everyone we saw hanging out seemed really happy living there and great community feeling.

We love WR. Everyone is so kind and helpful. We have never, ever had bad service at any of the restaurants. Food is always over the top good. It is our own private resort living 24/7/365.

Do not buy from these people - Shea Homes! They sold a home to my grandparents and the home has been delayed and delayed and delayed. Both homes on either side of them are much farther along. They have one excuse after the other. The home was supposed to be completed March of 2022 and now they are saying POSSIBLY 11/22 with no guarantee...? My grandparents now have to pay months worth of rent somewhere else and if they want out of the contract, they will lose their deposit of 40K. They are stuck! I truly believe they are taking advantage of my grandparents. In addition, they originally sold a lot to my grandparents and then sold it to someone else a few hours later. They claimed my grandparents did not put a correct deposit amount down, but my grandfather had run to the bank and gave them a check for the amount requested. This is a terrible developer with terrible customer service. They are very unethical and don't live up to their word. You have been warned!!

Why are the misters off? It's 100 degrees... Come on guys. Great place but this is ridiculous. Flies are eating us alive.
I can deal with the flies.. the heat is a no go. Can't order food here. Flies will take over

I LOVE!!!! living here. Beautiful views, peace and quiet, great neighbors, lots to do, and if I need the City, it's 45 minutes away. Pretty perfect ?

Beautiful houses and wonderful views. But$350 k housing starts and $320 per month HOA bills. But I love Lil Wick!
