From my own experience, I have nothing good to say about this company. I experienced a loss and Joe visited to provide a professional answer explaining the loss. Upon examining my pool and ONLY around the pool, he admitted to me that he could find no reason for the damage I incurred. Oh....he found a couple areas which he THOUGHT might create problems but none of which he THOUGHT caused my problem and loss. To my face he admitted that he had no idea how he was going to write up the insurance report. However, his report magically SURMISED AND ASSUMED that a Spring caused the damage and basically disappeared. Really? When he examined the pool, he discovered NO WATER OR SOFT GROUND around the pool. So this MAGICAL SPRING SPRUNG up poof.....went away. After speaking with other Engineers, they were amazed that this Trident Engineer did not find it necessary to walk the property to determine if there was ANY soft ground even after I asked if he would like to. They also found it curious tgat this supposed professional was not even interested in going into my home to see if he could find any signs of previous water. He refused my invitation. Of particular interest is the fact that prior to him reaching the pool for examination, he admitted that he checked geological information and found NO springs on my property combined with the FACT that there had been NO rain for at least 3 weeks prior. So he stated NO SPRINGS.....NO RAIN.....NO CLUE WHAT HAPPENED yet writes up a fancy and inaccurate report stating just the opposite. I would say more but my Lawyer has been working on this now and I look forward to seeing where he takes this regarding Tridents report which was presented to the Insurance Company. Fortunately, I am not the only person that is involved in this. But I am impressed that Trident can find MAGICAL springs and explanations after he failed to properly review my entire property which other Engineers said should have happened. His explanation to me saying he had NO ANSWERS also MAGICALLY turned up a report with answers. My opinion is that this company should only be used by Insurance Companies!!!! Insurance Companies will love them. But now the fun begins. I wrote my notes the entire time he was here. I will be sharing my experience wherever I can as it is the truth. And as we all know....TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE!!!

Have used Trident on numerous occasions as a contractor, most recently to evaluate a major treefall incident on a home. Was very impressed by their knowledge and thoroughness during the inspection and in the report.
