My husband and I recently got approved to move into the Tricon Menifee community and we are beyond excited! I specifically wanted to do a review so I could shout out Brenda for being so amazing. She assisted us from beginning to end, from the walk throughs of different floor plans and locations to helping us finalize our lease. Thank you Brenda for being so helpful, patient and consistent! I just wanted to get on here and say Robert at the Tricon community in menifee is amazing! We put in a service request and he kept in communication with us on the day of the work order to let us know when he’d be over and when he got to us he was very quick and helpful!

Our experience at the property was genuinely exceptional, mainly due to William's outstanding professionalism. His knowledge and genuine helpfulness exceeded all our expectations. We are truly grateful for his assistance finding the perfect home for us!

The property itself is impeccably maintained. It's a sanctuary of security, with everything brand new. The immediate sense of community is quite appealing, with a gorgeous pool area, clubhouse, and gym, all conveniently located. The surrounding neighborhood, with several community parks, adds to overall wellness.

We are not just moving into a new rental home; we are embarking on a new and exciting chapter of our lives. We are eagerly anticipating the joy of settling into our new house next week.
