We had hail damage as well as several of my neighbors . Trae did an examination of our and sent pictures to my phone showing me the damage. I am the skeptical one so I checked with three of my neighbors to see how he did on their roof replacement. All of them spoke highly of the company, crew and Trae. So once the insurance company concurred Trae took care of everything. The crew he sent were fast efficient and the cleanup of nail and materials could not be better. Trae kept us informed along the way and was great to work with. We had solar panels as well and they removed and reinstalled them without a problem. Highly recommend Tri-Coastal.

Tri-Coastal replaced our roof (from hail damage) and did a phenomenal job. They met with the adjuster, communicated well on material delivery and installation, and followed up promptly with punch work.

I had reservations about working with a contractor that was based a couple hours from our home, but there were no issues. Our initial roof inspection was at 8:00 AM; their crew was at our house at 7:00 to ensure that hail damage was properly marked.

When the roof was replaced, their team showed up first thing in the morning, properly protected the area around the house from falling debris, and worked hard to get the job completed. The work took two days, and they completely cleaned the site when the work was finished.

There were a couple of punch items to work through; they took care of them in a timely manner and properly communicated and coordinated when they would be back to complete the items.

I would absolutely recommend Tri-Coastal to anyone in the region who is considering a roof replacement.
