Before using them, be aware that their license has been suspended and they can not be trusted, and their license was suspended because of me reporting him to CA state license board and they have violated 13 of CA contractor rules for my job which means they are not a good contractor.

And here is my story.

Before calling them ,read this.

I talked with the contractor back in October, 2017 ,his name is John(Now I don't even know if this is his real name). And we made a contract for 17,000 dollars including all of my back yard jobs ,which includes the concrete, lawn ,fish pond etc.. On the day we signed the contract, he told me he just need me to pay him 4000 dollars and pay the rest of the money after the job is done.

At first ,everything goes great, but then when the day come to pour the concrete, he told me to help him out and pay some of the money for the concrete because he don't have enough money, if I don't help him out ,we will have to wait until he get enough money,I said OK ,I can do 1500 dollars ,and he said OK, then they continue with their jobs ,and here comes the bad part , when the job is in the half way ,he told me to pay ALL of the cost for the concrete ,and I said WHAT? We agreed on 1500 dollars ,then he said if you don't pay the money, then we will have to stop where it is right now , I have no choice but to pay all of the cost for the concrete which is 2297 dollars. Besides that ,he have me paid 320 dollars for his workers ,and he promised me he will return my 320 dollars three days later ,but until now ,I haven't got my 320 dollars back ,and until I reported him to the state license board which is April, 2018, he returned my 320 dollars.

If you think the story is over, you are wrong. After pouring the concrete ,he never showed up anymore and I just keep calling him asking if he is going to finish my job and he just keep saying that he don't have money to pay for his workers and at the same time ,he is working on other projects. And as of right now, he still not showing up to do my job. And the thing is he got a brand new red Ford F-150 Raptor and told me he got no money. WHAT THE HELL

This man can not be trusted ,so be aware of this company ,folks.

I wanted to and actually would have hired this company, but it did not work out. The guy did come out on Saturday and take some measurements and gave me a quote on a patio and walkway. We agreed that he would call me on Monday and set an appointment for him to come back out on Wednesday or Thursday. The plan was for me to pay a deposit so he could do a simple drawing for me to submit to my HOA. We would also schedule the work to be done in the next week or two. He did NOT call and he never came back out. It's been a full week, so at this point I give up. If you can't even show up to start the work, what are the chances that you will finish it in a satisfactory manner. I cannot recommend this company.
