Horrible!!! They are working in my neighborhood, the driver pulled his truck on the wrong side of the street right in front of my car then started putting cones up and refused to let me out of my street.He started screaming at me that he wasn’t going to let me out of my street, he said he was having a standoff with me. It’s a shame when you are harassed in your own neighborhood. I will be sending pictures of him on the wrong side of the street blocking me in to my council person.
