Thomas Design went above and beyond for my home renovation project. Patrick was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He designed a bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet addition and a large, covered patio area for us. He had excellent and innovative ideas and has a wonderful eye for details and design. He was also willing to incorporate my opinions and feedback which I appreciated, as it made the whole process very seamless. Patrick was very professional and meticulous which facilitated the permitting process. Highly recommend Thomas Design and would without question hire again in the future!

I worked closely with Patrick Thomas of TPN on a large detailed condo renovation. Patrick and his associate not only provided expert architectural and engineering services, but also were able to provide excellent interior design ideas, manage the order and delivery of specialty items, oversee installation of highly designed items, serve as sounding board for my ideas, set realistic expectations, work within a budget, and follow through on all open items. I have done three large scale home renovations and can honestly say working with Patrick was the smoothest experience of all. I highly recommend him and his team. It was a delight working with him.
