AC doesn’t cool. No heat in bathroom. Bad smell. Raggedy building.
Severe water leak on 3rd floor. Not properly repaired; carpet stained.

New renovations are super nice! Love it. The staff is very professional especially property management. The Office manager is superb, she handles issues or concerns very promptly. Any issues I’ve had from maintenance to general concerns is handled right then and would highly recommend tower 7 apartments to anyone!

I have been here for 4 months. I like it here because it is quite. The fact I only have 1 bill a month. Have met some real friends.

If you have an emotional support animal, do not move here as this place violates federal laws and still charges additional pet rent despite it being against fair housing act. They know theyre breaking the law too because they will not respond to this matter in writing. People with service dogs and esa's beware

The owners and the secretary are super nice, they definitely have went out of their way to take care of me in the short few months that I have been here. I moved in post my divorce because I needed a place, super convenient, no hassle. They have treated me pretty much like family so I don't plan on leaving. They are quick to reply or repare anything I need, or even discuss small issues.

So with my recent experience, I was going to move in, due to me not being able to pay the full amount I had to wait to move in. I got put on military orders moving me too another state. I tried talking to the apartment manager about returning my that I paid so far like deposit and rent. Since I haven’t been able too pay the full amount to move in they have avoided my phone calls, messages, and so on. Avoid and be careful if you run into this issue. Human Resources was rude on the phone trying too return my money also. Still haven’t received the money back. They will make up lies too when no lease has been signed saying your wanting the apartment to be held for you when you stated to them you didn’t want the apartment to be held to just still your money. So I advice to be careful renting or doing anything with this apartment because they will find anyway to still your money and rob from you and this is coming from an active duty veteran.

Only complaint is the Wi-Fi is really terrible Mabey look into fixin it Mabey it would bring in more residents. If I’m paying money to live here the Wi-Fi should at least be looked at for fixing. Other then that good place to live.
