Ryan Knapp of Torelli Realty sold a house for an older relative of mine. He did an outstanding job throughout the process and kept me completely informed as I was the closest relative to the seller. He also went above and beyond, working around my relative's travel schedule for open houses, and assisting her after the fact as she moved to new housing by helping her sort out personal belongings to keep and dispose of, and much more. Supremely professional and always calm, it was a pleasure working with Ryan. Highly recommended.

They say that buying a house is stressful, but Kendra at Torelli Realty has made it so easy. I’m so impressed by her people skills and knowledge of the market. We just closed on our first home where we got outbid by higher prices and cash offers. Kendra worked her magic and our lower offer was the offer selected all because of the relationships she developed with the selling agent and owners. I was eager to get into the new home so Kendra guided us through a 3 weeks escrow and talked us through everything along the way. Kendra anticipated all our needs. When I asked if we should get homeowners insurance, she told me it had already been negotiated into our contract and she had the sellers pay for it. When I expressed concern about buying a historic home, Kendra had the house checked for termites, sewers scoped, and home inspected all within 72 hours. She has given me so peace of mind and has been so easy to work with each step of the way. I am so thankful to Kendra and all of her efforts she has put in for my family. Thank you Torelli!

When I was a teenager I used to pass out flyers and notepads for Torelli Realty. They treated me well then and It was a natural choice to work with them again when my partner and I bought our first home. Kendra was super amazing and helped us sooo much when we jumped right into the home buying process on a property we just had to try for. She gave us great resources and was with us every step of the way from taking us on as clients, 2 days later getting an offer in and accepted, and 19 days later handing us the keys to our new home. Torelli has really been a business that cares about the community, and it was so reassuring to have life come a bit full circle from a first job to buying a home. I even learned about good business communication skills/habits with how quickly, and positively, Kendra responded to all my texts/calls/emails!
