My kitchen sink drain was plugged. I tried all the normal things; Drano, a 25 foot auger and to no avail the drain was still plugged. I reached out to Troy via Facebook Messenger and he promptly contacted me and made an appointment that worked with my schedule.

He arrived right on time and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. He was friendly and fun to talk with. His price was very reasonable and he provides a 30 day guarantee. I would highly recommend Troy, who is also the owner of TLM Drain Service.

TLM Drain Service is a great business to work with! TLM is the preferred Drain Service business for the management company that we lease from. I called our management company yesterday (Friday) morning requesting they send someone out to take a look at our sink. I received a prompt call from TLM to arrange an appointment for service. They arranged to come by at 10 am Saturday morning. Troy arrived on time. We quickly discussed the problem. He asked to see the plumbing in our basement. We primarily use our basement for storage and there were boxes stacked next to to the pipe he needed access to that were stacked 6 FT high. He helped me move the boxes. He quickly identified the area of blockage, cleared it, and verified there was no water back up after his service. He was very clean, quick in service and very personable. His price was very reasonable too! I definitely recommend Troy for all your drain service needs!

I was referred to TLM Drain by my Plumber. Troy contacted me the same day and was able to come
By within a few hours to look at my tub. He was professional, honest and quick. He realized it wasn’t a drain issue and as was nice enough to let me know who I needed to call and exactly what I needed to ask for! Although it wasn’t something he could fix, he removed the old drain stopper that was causing the problem. He was so nice, I will 100% use his service anytime I have drain issues!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Troy from TLM Drain. And I must say I am beyond happy. He showed up on time as he scheduled with me this morning and was friendly as any person could ask for. The best customer service I have seen in many years. He helped me figure out the problem with my drainage and fixed it fast. I will never deal with another plumber in my life unless it is Troy. His motto "Old fashioned service... newest technology says it all. It's hard to find companies that still believe in true customer service, but I must say Troy is the true definition. We are beyond great full!!!!!!!

After a load of laundry, water ended up on the basement floor from a clogged drain, I called TLM hoping to set up an appointment for the following day, but rather than wait, Troy was at my house within an hour!

Despite the previous owners DIY’ers shady plumbing job, Troy managed to completely clear the problem!
He spent extra time to ensure everything was functioning to the best of its ability!

We have called on Troy several times to help us with issues at our home. On the most recent occasion, everything backed up at about 9:30 at night. We gave him a quick call to see if he could stop by the next morning, but he insisted on coming over that night and getting things working for us. Really appreciated the great customer service and his professional and friendly manner. Highly recommend him. Far superior to other services we have used in Tooele regarding our home.
