We had our backyard done not even 6 months ago. I wanted to wait a full year to review but after the events that continue to occur I feel compelled to write now.

1. Our travertine needed to be fixed multiple times due to becoming loose and not adhering. Now where it's "fixed" it's sticking upward.
2. The grass installed died in almost perfect sod squares and we were told they don't specialize in plants and to contact Home Depot.
3. Our drip system kept failing and coming apart. We sent pictures and were told because it was not buried it was softening and it needed to be underground. I explained that the only reason it was uncovered in the picture was to attempt to repair where it was tight and the connection continued to break open. We never received a message after that.
3. We wrote Todd again today because after testing the drip system it is barley dripping, and now we worry it may have busted open somewhere else.

It was beautiful when first done. But due to the drip system most of our plants have died.

Update as of 7/16/24. After this review we were contacted asking for a further explanation on what the issues were, but only in regards to the drip system. We were told a crew could come by and look. Once that happens I will update this review.

7/17/24 crew came by and repaired the line.

8/11/24 We contacted Todd to let him know we thought the line broke again because our neighbors contacted us staying we might have a break in our line because their yard and ours was flooded.

8/12/24 Todd got back to us and set up a crew and himself to come check our drip system this afternoon. Thanks goodness it is still working properly.
I expressed to him today that I think most of My frustration came from losing almost all of my plants due to the drip system issues. But now that it is working I'm hopeful for spring to plant and have my yard come back alive.
I will say that every time we requested someone to come out they have, and things were fixed.
Todd is always professional and kind.

Workers arrived on time & worked efficiently, responding to my questions and offering suggestions. Thankfully, I accepted suggestions and the completed project looks fantastic with a great layout. Salesperson, Kelly, was on site first day to introduce workers, which I very much appreciated. He stopped by after project completed to ensure the finished pathway met my expectations. It sure did! Highly recommend company, workers and salesperson.

Extremely pleased! Our design consultant, Tim, made my vision come to life. I said what I wanted and with a few tweaks it was all possible. With having such a small backyard we were able to get on the schedule quickly and our yard was done in 3 days. The crew was SO nice!! Very hard workers and they left the front of the house spotless... As if they were never even there. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently moved to Arizona from out of state. We moved into new construction. Not being from the area, we weren't familiar with local businesses. Luckily, TKS Landscape Solutions had dropped a small piece of artificial turf at the end of my driveway, with their business card on it.

TKS was the second call I made for a landscaping quote. Cale came out and provided quality design ideas for our needs and budget constraints. He worked with us during the design phase and together, we came to an acceptable layout.

Within a few days, a TKS crew arrived and began work. It was in the middle of a heatwave and these guys worked their butts off. The crew leader, Shepard, worked harder than any of them, and the final product came out great.

Cale constantly kept in touch with us and would drop by from time to time to see how the work was going. Cale's demeanor was agreeable, and his ideas were consistent with our needs; unlike other landscape companies we spoke to who were brash and could be condescending.

Once the work was done, there was small area that needed some adjustment. Cale came out on his own, without a crew, and with some material, and spent a couple of hours rectifying the situation to ensure our complete satisfaction. Now that's the epitome of leadership.

Todd and his team was a blast to work with. He is very responsive and answered any and all questions or concerns that I had. He and his team were quick to survey the project, provide a quote, and to complete the work. While my backyard space is not large by any means (about 950sqft), the price was very reasonable and his team was respect, skilled, and efficient. I am very happy with the end result and would recommend Todd and TKS Solutions to anyone interested in renovating their landscape.

We have a quote from TKS Landscape Solutions. I called to have the work completed on our back yard. The estimator and the owner will not honor the quote. There first excuse was the quote was expired. I read through the quote which I have on paper and in my email. There is no expiration date on the quote. I mentioned this to the estimator who came to our home. I told him there is no date of expiration. Then another excuse was they had to clean up and prep grade for installation. This is also on the quote that it is included. My husband and I also heard him say we will take care of all leveling and clean up to get your yard completed. I told him that this is also included in the quote.
I really do not understand why businesses do not stand by there work, work to be completed and is charging more money than original quote. The price went up $3100.00. That is alot of money. I cannot believe how companies can take advantage of people.
