We recently had the pleasure of working with Timeless Home Improvement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Giovanni and his team transformed our home with top-tier renovations, and the quality of their work speaks for itself.

Our project included a complete overhaul of our flooring, with stunning new Travertine floors installed throughout the main level, complete with heated wires underneath for added comfort. They also refinished all of our hardwood floors in the living room and upstairs bedrooms, bringing them back to life with a rich, elegant finish.

The team also installed brand-new windows, giving our home a sleek, modern look, and upgraded the lighting throughout the entire house, adding recessed ceiling lights that brightened and enhanced every space. They installed new sliding glass doors in both the basement and the kitchen, which made a huge difference in opening up the space and bringing in more natural light. They also painted every wall with precision, installed custom cabinetry, and gave our kitchen a stunning makeover with new countertops, under-cabinet lighting, and all new appliances.

One of the most impressive parts of the renovation was the complete basement transformation. Timeless Home Improvement installed a gorgeous kitchen featuring a waterfall countertop in white quartz, adding a luxurious and functional touch. They continued the Travertine flooring in the basement, again with heated wires underneath, making the space incredibly warm and inviting while improving energy efficiency.

Beyond aesthetics, they also upgraded the home’s electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring everything was up to date and functioning flawlessly.

Not only was the quality of their work outstanding, but their pricing was also very reasonable compared to many other contractors we interviewed. Giovanni was extremely attentive to what we wanted and worked very closely with his crew to ensure they delivered exactly what we envisioned. His dedication to the project and hands-on approach made the entire renovation process smooth and stress-free.

On top of their incredible craftsmanship, Giovanni and his team truly care about their clients. We experienced an unexpected emergency when our water main line broke, and Giovanni personally came to the rescue with his crew, fixing the issue promptly and professionally—turning a stressful situation into a seamless resolution.

Timeless Home Improvement exceeded my expectations completing my kitchen renovation and other upgrades to my condo. Out of four contractor estimates, Giovanni’s was the most fair with the most realistic timeline. Giovanni’s communication from the beginning to the very end of the project was excellent. Never having embarked on a renovation, I had so many questions which Giovanni answered promptly and comprehensively. Text messages and emails were returned within minutes or at most an hour or two. His entire team was professional, respectful, friendly and SO hard working! They were always on time, worked efficiently and left the house as clean as possible (given it was under construction ) I absolutely love my new kitchen, as well as the flooring throughout the entire downstairs. They also installed recessed lighting, painted the entire downstairs, and upstairs hallway. The entire space is bright and clean. I hired Giovanni and his team to repaint most of the rooms in my house, along with replacing moldings, and renovating the bathrooms. This was a large project that took several months to complete. Giovanni was a pleasure to work with, and we are happy with the results, especially the tile work in the bathrooms.
