TIMBER CREEK CONSTRUCTION, LLC is an OUTSTANDING & EXCELLENT Remodeling Company!!! We have had a lot of work done in our home in the past 20 years and hands down, Lee Payne (General Contractor) and his team (Patrick, Matt, Tommy, Kenny, Efren (tile)) are by far the best in the remodeling trade. Lee is a tradesman himself and is knowledgeable and experienced in every aspect of construction. HE and his team are exceptional professionals who were very skilled in every detail of workmanship. Our expectations of the finished master bathroom remodeling project in our home is MORE than we imagined. Details on my review:
We interviewed over 15 different companies from individual tradesmen, to well-known companies (both on TV commercials as well as magazine advertisements). We received a lot of mixed reviews from different websites and friends. For us, hiring someone to work in our home is very personal and whoever we chose had to have integrity, remodeling/construction experience, listening skills and a good reputation. Lee (Timber Creek Construction, LLC), definitely fit the bill! We are so glad that Lee has an eye for design because I needed a lot of help with selecting everything from floor/wall tiles, etc. and different types of accessories. I knew what I wanted the end project to look like and grateful that Lee had vision to see my thoughts through to fruition. Lee’s accommodation to change and willingness to work with our tight schedule was a relief for us. He had a great team that was just as flexible. I say this because, I had a design change three days into the project. It wasn’t an easy task, it was a bit complicated (moved my closet door and close/open up another doorway) and they made it happen. Every morning someone laid a drop cloth and plastic as a walking path from the front door to the bathroom and every evening, they picked up the walkway and cleaned up. Each one of them respected our home and did everything possible to keep the area as clear and clean as possible. Yes, the project had a few delays however, it was due to things beyond anyone’s control (product delivery and/or weather). Through it all, Lee kept us informed and we were always on the same page. We are so grateful to have had a wonderful experience with a contractor and team who were highly professional and detailed in their trade, showed respect and possessed integrity! We love our NEW Master Bath! Words alone cannot express how beautiful the Master Bath turned out, THANK YOU!

Lee and his crew did an awesome job working with us on our bathroom remodels. We had three bathrooms to remodel in an older condo unit and brought each up to date. The master bathroom is the signature room in the home now! Lee's crew was courteous, always cleaned up the site each day and flexible to changes as we went through the project. I can't stress how happy we are with the finished product!

We were interested in upgrading our deck & received a recommendation from a decking supplier to contact Lee Payne. We did - it was a great recommendation! Lee walked us through the process (& saved us some money along the way). Timber Creek understood our scheduling challenges and fitted us into their schedule. But, probably most important was the craftsmanship and personal standards of the installation crew. "Good enuff" was never good enough. They insisted on the correct wood and components all the way through the project, even if it meant waiting for the "right stuff." We loved working with this team of professionals. Lee and their staff were very knowledgeable and were able to guide us through the options for our complete downstairs remodel. We took our 90s inspired layout and turned it into an open concept dream for our family. Lee was able to work with us and helped us vision what was practical for our living space, but also what was cost effective and doable for what we wanted, and it turned out even better than expected! We have two small children and our vision was to have a line of sight throughout the first floor of the home to any room, to keep eyes on them, and they delivered! Lee walked us through the selection process noting which materials were more durable while still aligning with the design goals that we were aiming for. His experience in selections and what would look good together was a welcomed opinion when it came to making the selections. He was also very realistic with the timeline in which supplies would be there, and being that we have small children ensured us that none of the work would be completed without having all the items to complete the project done as quickly as possible prior to starting, which made the transition extremely efficient and timely. Matt was our team lead for our project and was extremely communicative with all aspects of the demo/installation process. We were extremely grateful to have him as the lead of our team as he made it very easy for us to coordinate our childcare with his advance notice for the different specialties coming in. I was pregnant at the time of the construction which was slated to take 8 weeks, which happened to perfectly line up with my due date, and they ensured that everything would be done by the time the baby came, and they were right! We only had small touch ups needed once the baby was here. We highly recommend Timber Creek, and vouch for their great work!

Lee's team ...Patrick, Matt and Tommy do outstanding work. They're professional, responsive and keep you informed of what will be done as the job progresses. Lee has exceptional design ideas and will assist with material choices if asked. Timber Creek remodeled my master bath that turned out beautifully. Because of that experience, they will be starting my kitchen remodel soon.

Lee and Timbercreek were fantastic! Lee came out quickly to come give us an initial assessment of our renovation and then over the planning phase, he dedicated a ton of time to help us make product selections.

When it came time to start the project, his team completed the demo in a day. For all the walls that were ripped out, flooring that was torn up, and cabinets removed, there was not a speck of dust left. Every day, they made sure that everything was left in order when they left. They set us up with a temporary kitchen, which made life so much easier.

Finally, when it comes to the quality of the work, there is none better. Our cabinets were installed beautifully, the flooring came out nearly perfect, and all of the lighting and painting was perfect.

There was an issue with the flooring, caused by a sub contractor. Lee and Matt fought to make sure that this was resolved quickly and they were extremely communicative to my wife and I of any delays and updates.

My wife and I would strongly recommend using Timbercreek for any work you need done.
