I HIGHLY recommend using Wiser real estate for all your buying or selling needs (of real estate of course!). I was building a house and was very nervous about selling in such a crazy market. Kristy was my agent who came over, brought a folder with all the details the selling process would entail, what the comps were so I could better understand what to expect in this market and also broke down how her team would help and assist in every step of the way. They staged our home for us and provided the super nice furniture, got an amazing photographer, paid for cleaners to spotlessly clean every nook and cranny, and created the easiest process so all we had to do was kick back and relax. Which if you’ve ever sold or bought a home— it’s usually not relaxing. They even negotiated an offer that enabled renting back while our home was being built. I’m so grateful with how the process went, the professionalism, promptness and open communication every single step of the way. It honestly blew my mind. I’ve bought and sold with other agents and the Wiser team created a whole new high standard I bet won’t be topped.

Kristy and Dave were wonderful. Helped us sell our townhome in 10 days! For our new build, they helped us navigate through all the highs and lows of working with a difficult builder. They served as our go-between with the builder to resolve issues that developed throughout the building process. Kristy and Dave were also responsive to our needs.

We loved working with the Wiser team!! They recently helped our mom sell her home after moving to an independent living community. Two of us kids live out of state, so we were so grateful to find the Wiser team. They were SO patient with my mom’s questions, were very responsive with communication, paid attention to details, and did an overall awesome job! The staging and photography was beautifully done! They have an aggressive marketing no plan and the house was under contract quickly! I would 1000% use them again!

I had an AMAZING experience working with Kristy & her team to sell my townhome. I reached out to her on a Sunday, had a quick call with her and she was over at the house Monday running through how the process works. Tuesday we had the photographers over, Wednesday everything was done, Thursday the home was posted, and Friday and Saturday were the first showings. It took exactly one week from the first time I spoke with Kristy to get an offer on my house. She was so efficient and on top of everything, and did an amazing job answering every single question I had. I moved out of state at the end of the process and she was so helpful in making sure everything was easy for me even though I am now over 1,000 miles away. It’s always a little scary buying / selling a home, especially as a woman in her 20s- you want to make sure you feel safe and that no one is taking advantage of you. Kristy seriously did the most amazing job teaching me the process of selling a home and explaining every decision in detail. I would recommend this team to anyone, but especially if there are any first time buyers or sellers that are nervous about getting into the market, this is 10000% who you should work with.

Kristy & the Wiser team are amazing!! I think one out of the many best things with them, was the flexibility for showings and all the other things!! They really worked around our schedules and made everything as smooth as possible. I really like the honesty from them when questions were asked, and there were A LOT since we are first time home buyers!
