Wendy was lovely! Very professional and super nice. My partner and I and are new renters, and she was very quick to give all the information we needed to help us with the process, she was also fun to just converse with! The unit itself was very beautiful! And very clean, which honestly had me surprised because you don’t expect that from most places. Wendy is the best she is funny and very easy to work with and very sweet and nice! I will definitely keep her in mind if I have any issues but so far none! She got us in fast and took care of us!❤️

This place is broken down and poorly repaired. The rent is way over priced for the area. Moving here has been a huge mistake! The appliance are dated. They offer no washer and dryer. They basically slap paint on bad drywall repairs and think it’s suitable. The place was dirty when I moved in. They charge a non refundable pet deposit along with pet rent per month. Lots of unjustified fees. I were looking for a place near Grantsville, I would not rent here.

Danielle has gone above and beyond to help me with my apartment through some very difficult times. She is quick to respond to any issue that you may have. Mike, the maintenance man for 5 of the properties is hands down the best there is. You can literally call him for anything and it will be fixed ASAP. Love the quietness of this small town. I do feel at home here.

The Willows has been a rather pleasant place to live. Our lease will be up at the end of the month and I can honestly say the experiences we've had in this complex have been (for the most part) positive. Our neighbors are great, very friendly. The office staff seems to genuinely care and have always been understanding with us when life happens and we've had to pay late a handful of times as long as open communication was maintained. We have had a bit of trouble with getting things fixed in a timely manner, but the maintenance staff is also very friendly and their new maintenance guy, Mike, seems to have a real good handle on what he's doing. The Willows certainly isn't perfect but every place has their flaws and if we weren't moving out of state we would have very likely renewed our lease.

A great place in Grantsville! Units are very nice! Management company will definitely take care of you. A place for kids to play and dogs to hang out! Great view of the mountains! And not far from some camping or fishing!

Awful! Place is honestly a joke. Management will harass you about payments you already made and ignore any of your needs. Oh and hopefully you like furry uninvited friends because this place is over ran with mice. They made my son terribly ill. Awful place with even worse people.
