I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I can’t say enough about James, Lisa, and Breanne! As an out of state buyer I was unprepared for how competitive the buyers market is in the suburbs of Baltimore. I needed to learn fast to get an acceptance without overpaying. James is incredibly knowledgeable and accessible and steered us as needed. I wanted a home with land and that ment buying someone’s flip for big $ or getting an older home needing updates at minimum. We had to look around and Breanne was so gracious taking us all over 3 counties to look. We found a wonderful property in need of repair and updates at a reasonable price with land in a great water privileged community. After interviewing some of the greatest agents in Baltimore, I decided to go with James as my selling agent for my property in Owings Mills. Immediately within meeting him, I knew he was going to get my asking price. He kept it very honest and clear from the beginning. The sale process of my house was not the easiest as I had a time sensitive court order that was followed. Unfortunately, my partner on the title of the property did not make it a pleasant experience to deal with either however James was so patient during the entire process and still delivered attentively. I interviewed the Lucido Team, Berkshire, Cummins and Northrop Realty. I can gladly and confidently say neither agent would have went above and beyond the way James did. He made a nightmare process go as smooth as possible for me. He was very thorough in the entire process from the listing, staging, open house, and closing of the sell. I cannot say enough great things about him. He is a great agent and an even better human. He is very honest, humble, and professional. If I were to ever sell another home, I would NOT change my decision and go with James immediately. His assistant Lisa and Chrissy were also just as pleasant to work with. I wish I reached out to James a while ago. He had my house listed and sold within 2 weeks. I received more than my asking price. I cannot thank him enough! I highly recommend James!
