Rent went from $635 to $892 if you’re late. There is no reason for the extreme rent hike. We as a community are barely keeping up. Rent went up but our pay is still the same. There was no gradual increase. Now we are forced to try to figure out alternative living arrangements or eventually face eviction. There are not any improvements to the property. Which is what the increase use to be for in the past. Then you have to constantly live with the smells of your neighbors. We go to bed and wake up to the smell of weed. 24/7! It’s almost cheaper to pay a mortgage. This is no disrespect to anyone who works for the property because they are great but these changes are drastic.
