The moment I inquired about a specific property I wanted to tour, I was immediately contacted and was asked when it would be most convenient for me to take a tour of said property. I want to first say how refreshing and impressive it was for me to hear back from Andrew immediately because more than often I do not hear back from anyone after I make contact to tour a property, if ever!

Andrew made the entire process extremely easy and seamless, which has been incredibly stress free because I travel a lot for work and Andrew made it work for ME!!

Andrew contacted me first thing in the morning on the day of my tour to confirm time. I actually didn’t see his text because I was already into my work day. When I texted him that I was on my way, he didn’t even flinch and told me he’d be there waiting. And he was!

Andrew took me all throughout the entire property and then the apartment. Andrew knew the features that would appeal to me. It was like he read my mind!! Even telling me things I thought I would have to ask questions about.

I never felt rushed or pressured. Andrew was even instrumental in helping me with the lease negotiation details as I was concerned that my move in date may be too far out. Clearly, Andrew has created a wonderful relationship with the owners of the condo because the terms I needed were discussed with the owners right away resulting in a win win for both me and the condo owners.

The lease agreement / documents were quickly prepared and signed by both me and the condominium owners. I was even out of town during most of the process. I do not believe I have ever felt more taken care of during a housing negotiation and, should I ever need services with a realtor again, Andrew and the Valencia Group will be the first and only call I will make.
