The man did the job I paid him to do, very thorough and detailed, got my lines laid down, I had no problems, just be patient! I do recommend!

Communication is not his strong point, never got any work done, went with another company. He continued to have excuses as to why he hadn't done his job, waited for 4 months to have the survery and finally gave up.

We just walked the perimeter of property Larry surveyed 2 years ago and there are very few pins and we really don’t trust his survey job. His land description doesn’t align at all with our land. The only pins we found were where there was an existing fence. Definitely don’t recommend!!!!!!
