I had a fantastic experience working with our real estate agent, Sunday Alexander, during the purchase of my new home. From the very beginning, she was very attentive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping us find the perfect place. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding me through every step of the process with patience and expertise. Her professionalism and commitment made the home-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Hi, I just wanted let everyone know what our experience with Megan Morrison was like. I have to say we have Megan a run for her money, so to speak. We were looking for a certain kind of property. Everytime I found one that interested me I'd contact Megan. She would get a hold of our son ( we were out of state) and off they'd go to look at the property. I'm sure after the 5th or 6th property she was ready to hang up our requests.

Tim and Myra Strecker were an absolute God send to my husband and I. I was originally looking for an owner finance which is how I got connected with Tim. He suggested a few vendor options to me just to see, and he was right. I was able to be approved on a normal loan. Tim and Myra immediately got to work for my husband and I and booked showings for a few houses during the week then we saw 7 or i houses before Sunday and Monday. They talked us through pros and cons and helped us find the perfect house for us with our wants and needs. Even after the offer, they walked us step by step through everything.
