The Ryan King Team really is a team. This is our second time working with Ryan. The first time was to sell our home and move out of state. The second time was to move back to Tennessee and purchase a home here. Showings were a breeze with Thomas. One of us was out of state, on FaceTime while the other was at the actual showing. Thomas was available and quick to make appointments for showings. he would also do the research to be able to answer any questions we had about potential properties. Once we put an offer on a house multiple people from Ryan’s team reached out to us to fulfill needed information working towards closing. Ryan checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was going OK on selling our house in another state and to give advice or see if anything was needed. we ended up having a trickier closing than usual all due to the mortgage company we used. Ryan was quick to ensure that all information was provided immediately when requested and actually found out the mortgage company had been sending The Ryan King Team information to a spam folder. We are grateful that his team figured out this issue to ensure we closed on our scheduled closing date. All in all, the Ryan King Team worked quickly and efficiently to obtain or provide all necessary information for all aspects of purchasing our home. We never worried about getting things completed and were completely confident and comfortable throughout the process. Ryan was with us throughout the closing at the Title company to insure everything was complete to the final end. we also feel confident that we can reach out to Ryan for any questions regarding the area not necessarily associated with real estate.
