As first time home buyers my fiancé and I were totally in the dark about how the home buying process worked. Joe helped us put thought into a wants/needs list so we had a clearer idea of what we were looking for. He helped IMMENSELY when we toured homes, helping us envision living there. With his help we could better narrow down to the home we put an offer on. The due diligence period goes so fast and with working full time it would have been impossible without Joe. He had contractors, plumbers, roof specialists, inspectors, etc. all over to the house within that week so my fiancé and I had all of the information we needed to bring to the negotiating table. Joe got us the perfect price for our home, negotiated every repair we considered a “must be done”, and always made sure we were understanding the process. He was also checked on the repairs to confirm they were done properly. He went above and beyond in every way we could imagine. I will recommend Joe to everyone and will without a doubt use him again if we decide to sell.

Joe is an amazing realtor! He goes above and beyond for his clients. He helped us purchase our home/farm a few years ago when we moved to Georgia. When my wife Kelli and I made a huge decision to move our family from San Diego to Woodstock, we didn't know where to begin. We were introduced to Joe and knew right away that he was the one to get us into our dream home! We couldn't go look at houses in person for most of the process and Joe would go with my wife's sister and video message us the tours. He was very thorough during the tours and gave us an unbias knowledge of the homes without us having to be there. This went on for several weeks. We finally were able to make the trip out to see houses in person and he spent 4 days with us showing us as many options as he could. The first house he showed us, we didn't even really want to see. It had been on the market for 100+ days. It was a little higher than our price range and the pictures of the house weren't great. Boy were we wrong! The house was beautiful in person and was truly move in ready! After looking at several more houses over the next few days that we had chosen, we just liked the first house more and more. He walked us through the offer process and we submitted an offer that was in our price range. The owners countered with a number that was still in our price range and we accepted! We just closed on Friday and couldn't be happier with the process. During escrow, Joe's communication was on point as it had been through our entire experience with him. His knowledge of the area, neighborhoods, construction and market are second to none! Not only do we feel like he helped make an extremely stressful transition across the country easy. We also feel like we made our first good friend in Georgia! Thank you Joe!
