Daniel Merrell is a real estate agent that I would highly recommend! He helped my wife and I through the home buying process and was phenomenal for us! We were first time home buyers and he sent us many homes to look at and was very prompt with responding. While looking at houses there are many real estate specific terms that we were unfamiliar with and he would kindly teach us and explain to us what they meant to us. There were some nights we'd go looking at homes and wouldn't finish till 8 at night and that just shows how committed Daniel is to helping you and how hard working he is. Also he provided valuable information about the houses that caught my eye and did his research about the value of those houses. If you decide to go with Daniel as your real estate agent, he won't treat you like a client. He'll treat you like a friend and take care of you through the entire home buying process.

Daniel lead us from listing to closed in 18 days for 14k above asking. I think that really says it all when it comes to selling your home. Daniel took the time more than 6 months ahead of our sell date to talk through the changes we need to make to accomplish our goals of selling at the top end of our demographic. He promised us that if we put in the elbow grease and investment into renovating our home, he would do the same when it came to selling it. Once the house was ready, he took great care to prepare and market our listing. We had 16 offers at the end of the first week and sold the house within a month of the completed renovation. I think he spent more time teaching and guiding us than other less realtors would have and I believe he genuinely cared for our family's future.
