Buying a house in these recent years seemed impossible! But after working with Austin, and his business I was amazed at how simple buying a house is. He laid out the process step by step, there were no surprises, and he had a great network of connections from brokers, to title agency’s, and even great advice for being a first time home buyer. And when it came time to close on my house he wrote up an amazing offer and got me plenty of concessions to help cover costs of closing. I look forward to working with him in the future for my second home, and maybe even build a real estate portfolio.

This guy is absolutely awesome! We looked at several homes and he was always very professional but not pushy at all. He let us walk into a home and decide if we liked it. If we liked it we moved forward and if we didn’t we just moved to the next home, it was never pushy at all. When we were closing on the house he was very on top of things and I hardly had to do anything he always had it covered! He also always worked into our schedule, even though he was a busy guy he was always there when we could be!
