Incredible plant store! Incredible staff! Incredible prices!
This store and its employees have been so helpful to me. I've been building a vivarium with all real plants and so I could only use specific types of plants with specific care. They have helped me find so many varieties that just make my space come alive!! Sometimes it's not as stocked as other times, but that's because of the seasons. It is smaller in size to other plant stores I have been to, but they TOTALLY make up for it with what they have inside. Wall to wall with gorgeous healthy plants. 10/10 recommend as your first place in Conway or surrounding areas for all your plant needs. Every type I could have imagined were here, and they knew what was there and where as well!

You Are Special!

So today I went to Plant Outlet to get some berry bushes..oh my goodness ! I had no clue they would have so many different strands to pick from! I was greeted by two very nice guys that was helping me and showing me & helping me pick out the best looking blackberry and raspberry bushes. Chris was so friendly and so helpful and today was his first day on the job and I was his first customer of the day!!!He was so sweet and kind and I am so sorry but I forgot the other guys name but he himself was so very nice and helpful!!! So glad Plant Outlet was my first stop to shop for berry bushes and I will for sure be going back when they get some more in stock!!!

I have absolutely no knowledge about plants. When I drove on the lot, I could look and tell you what was pretty and what wasn’t but I did not know what would be required to maintain the plants or what type of sun it took. I could’ve easily just walked up and bought the pretty flowers and wasted so much money, however Bill Montes an employee at the plant outlet walked with me step for step and taught me more about plants than I ever learned in biology. He didn’t make me feel stupid. He actually enjoy his job so if you’re thinking about making your front yard beautiful again and you’re not sure where to start. Reach out to the plan outlet and ask for Bill. Excellent customer service! I will be back ?

I ended up getting some beautiful Hydrangeas and Indian Hawthorns. Hopefully I can keep them alive ?

Poor Service after the Sale. We spent thousands for a landscape project only to find no barrier and weeds after weeds. Sad. I expected more. I just assumed there would be a weed barrier when paying for professional landscapers. When our top quality azaleas died one after one I stopped by the office to ask what could I do. First guy said he couldn't know without seeing. Went back to the office after taking photos of the damage one guy said too much water as I was watering everyday. Second guy said not watering enough. Started with 6 beautiful azaleas now down to four and everyone of them dying from the bottom. Weeds and dying azaleas I will never go back. Wish they had offered suggestions to help save my plants after spending all that money. Plan to go to County Extension Office for help in saving last 4. All other shrubs they planted in the same bed are doing great. So are the weeds!

Bought $750 worth of trees, shrubs, and super soil. During initial planning, was told the super soil would need mixed with top soil then when returned to purchase super soil and plants was told we did not need top soil. Planted the trees and shrubs, then about a week in, noticed leaves starting to shrivel. Took pics and worked with Matt (who was AWESOME!). He said to mix the top soil with the super soil and see if they recovered but if not we could replace them. They did not recover and even began looking worse. Dug up all again and took them back to the store. Explained to Matt the mixing process, planting process, watering process, etc and he intently listened and provided feedback on what needed to be done differently. Owner walked by without even hearing ANY of the story and all but accused me of being a liar for not watering the plants. Matt replaced all plants and while loading me back up, owner comes by again to remind me replacement is ONLY once and “to water them this time”! After the fact, I thought I should’ve had Matt unload EVERYTHING and get a full refund. Going forward, I WILL NOT give another DIME of my money to that jacka**!! The Plant Outlet just lost a valuable customer!!
