I am very unhappy with my experience with this company. My husband and I were moving to DC from out of state for job relocation and were hoping for some help for finding a rental. I reached out to them via online form where I described my budget and what we were looking for. I then spoke with two agents over telephone where again we discussed our budget and what we were looking for. The agents proceeded to send me multiple listings, none of which were within my budget or even close. The cheapest rentals they suggested were $800 over our monthly budget, as well as suggesting rentals that were thousands of dollars over our monthly budget. Meanwhile when I searched myself using apartment hunting websites I could easily find several listings within my budget. I was disappointed with the service and I do not recommend their services.
