Michelle Barwick was our realtor when we were looking for a home. She was an absolute joy to work with. She knew exactly what we were looking for and was always sending us new listings to look at. She always had time for us and was very patient. She seemed to find places so quickly and kept us up to date if something sold before we had a chance to look at it. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the houses and areas around them. She always made time for us and was always smiling and happy. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

This realtor team was excellent. Chad, Lisa and Lindsay went out of their way to make sure my husband and I were comfortable selling our house and purchasing our new one. In selling our house, it was marketed well and they provided sound staging advice for a quick sale. In searching for our new house, Chad went out of his way to meet us all over the county and helped us envision living in each of the houses that we viewed. Also, he said no to some of the houses because he knew it was not what we were looking for and he valued our happiness over the purchase of a home. Lindsay was on top of all of the paperwork. She made sure that we understood what we were signing and where we stood within the process. She answered all of our questions joyfully. Lisa has put together an amazing team and we would highly recommend them!

Michelle Barwick is an OUTSTANDING agent!! We used her twice within the past 4 years. She was so good the first time, we made sure when we sold second time round we had her represent us again. She exceeded all expectations and always went well above and beyond to make sure our experience was painless, stress free and successful . Her attention to detail when preparing to list and extras she not only suggested but also helped with was amazing, especially after receiving the punch list from the inspection. Need a plumber, electrician, handy man...etc, NO PROBLEM! She took care of everything and saved us a ton of money. In the end, house sold in a week and we were able to get more than we expected. Our buying experience was the same, she negotiated and always had our best interest in mind. I'd highly recommend using her if you want someone who will work hard for you and give you peace of mind! Arabella Brockett and The ONE Group were an absolute pleasure to work with. We discussed price and strategy in great detail with Arabella, who was always honest when guiding us through the process. I think Arabella and the ONE team had everything to do with this... all of their knowledge led us to the "unicorn offer"... from recommendations on staging and great photos that showcased our home, to the description and running the showings.
