I had the pleasure of working with Richard Nazarian and the Nickel company to remodel my home in Beverly Hills. I purchased a home built in 1927 and wanted to restore the home to its original state. The previous owners had remodeled it many times over the years, and it had lost its charm and was modernized, contrary to its original design and architecture.

The process of working with Richard and Cyndi to help design and restore our home to look as though I was walking into the home as it was originally built. Each and every detail was thought through, and my project came in at budget, and 3 weeks earlier than promised.

I highly recommend the Nickel company, and will be using them again on my next home.

We have done four different projects with Nickel and will not let anyone else touch our nor our family’s houses. The design team is exemplary and we get terrific comments from friends about our house all the time. Richard and Mitch have a deep bench of great subs whose work is always perfect and backed by them long term. We only wish we had met them sooner as our first attempt with another company was a disaster but Nickel fixed it and we couldn’t be happier.

Rich and Mitch did a year and 1/2 remodel adding a second floor to an 80 year old Spanish home. The result was seamless and beautiful. The work is professional, clean and timely.
They have stayed personal friends as well as contractors. We continue to use them whenever the need arises.
