James is a first class negotiator, and got us the best possible deal on the purchase. Then, when it came time to find a new tenant for the rental, he and his team marketed the property, got excellent photos to support the listing, and made recommendations for sprucing up the curb appeal. The result was a quick rental in a market for rentals that had started to slow. Saved us significant money on the remaining lease term.
