Don't believe the fake reviews here. Do you want to live with persistent unfix-able leaks? Then hire Monument, they have a history of constructing buildings that leak in multiple places. Brand new buildings and there's tons of water damage inside of them.

If i could give them 0 stars I would
when it comes to contacting them trough the phone or e-mail they ignore no matter if you have a signed contract with them.
Huge lack of communication and if something comes out wrong they will blame it all on you, dont even matter if you tried to contact them.
