It is pretty hard to get a 5-star review from another real estate professional! But Joe and Lonnie Logan are truly one of a kind!! I was “trained” by another Broker prior to working with The Logan’s back when they were in Seattle, WA. Truly I realized when working with The Logan’s I was trained all wrong. They are so ethical and by the book. They have your absolute best interest at all times. Their systems are absolutely phenomenal!! I guarantee nobody compares!!! I HIGHLY recommend Joe and Lonnie Logan and anyone they would hire on their team.

If you are wondering? No. They did not ask for this review I haven’t talked to them in years actually we just keep in touch through social media sometimes. However what they taught me I think about constantly as I am always referring back to their teachings and systems and how they taught me to do things. I also felt like a huge thank you was owed to them because I truly would not be the real estate professional I am without having worked under them prior. Keep rocking it Joe and Lonnie!!!!

We cannot recommend Lonnie and Joe highly enough. We moved from the lower 48 to Alaska while I was pregnant with our first child, and could not make trips back and forth to house hunt. Lonnie was incredibly knowledgeable about the listings we were viewing online – we would email or call her excited about a house, and she consistently was already aware of the house, and knew exactly why we would or wouldn’t be interested.

When Lonnie found the house we eventually bought, she was confident that it was a good fit for us and we trusted her recommendation, as we were buying it sight unseen. She and Joe did a video of the house to put our minds at ease, but really we had to trust their judgment. We are glad we did, as we are incredibly happy in our new home and our move was as stress-free as it could have been, since we got to move right in instead of renting and then moving again with an infant.

Our mortgage process was a bit of a nightmare due to issues with our bank that were beyond our control, or Lonnie’s. She walked us through every step of the way, stayed on the bank to get things done in a timely fashion, and reassured us that things would work out, even on days when we felt like we would never get through the closing process. I can’t say enough about what a difference it makes to work with a realtor willing to be as accessible and supportive as Lonnie. We would recommend her and Joe to anyone looking to buy a home in the Anchorage area.
