Absolutely loved our stays at The Lofts at 3rd and Main in Heber Springs, AR! This place is the perfect combination of cozy, comfortable, and chic. The atmosphere is so peaceful and quiet, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The lofts are beautifully designed with modern touches, creating a stylish yet warm environment.

The location is unbeatable – within walking distance to shopping, delicious restaurants, a movie theater, and a charming coffee shop. If you're into outdoor activities, the nearby bike trail and bikes available to borrow are a fantastic bonus!

What really set this place apart were the owners. They were incredibly attentive but never intrusive, making sure all our needs were met while respecting our privacy. They even added thoughtful little touches to celebrate our Valentine's and anniversary stays, which made our visit feel extra special. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, The Lofts at 3rd and Main has everything you need for a memorable experience. Highly recommend it!

This experience was incredible! The design of the place is well done. She has an eye for design and creativity. Every inch of the place was well thought out. From the lights on the stairs, to the painted exposed ceiling, all the fixtures, wood trim, and the beautiful kitchen decor, the comfy beds, and the added kids toys and books; I can't tell you how much I loved staying here.
There's a coffee pot, dishwasher, and a kitchen full of everything you need to cook.
My favorite was the balcony. We climbed out the window using the step stool provided, and ate breakfast and drank coffee while the kids were hootin and hollering at the cars below.
Across the street at Main Street Grill on Saturday, there was a seafood boil going on so we picked up dinner for that night. There's tons of shops to enjoy and not too far into town is a Walmart and other bigger chain stores if you need to get something.
If I could give you 10 stars I WOULD!
We will be back to enjoy summer activities on the river soon!

After staying on two separate occasions, this is now our favorite place to stay while in Heber Springs. Everything inside is perfectly set up for a relaxing weekend away from stresses. Decor and furnishings are top notch and all the touches from the owner create a very relaxed atmosphere. The owner is always very responsive up to, during, and after the stay. Staying at this place is nice enough that you don't really need to leave during but doing so is easy because it's right in the middle of Heber's main street next to the town square. We already have future dates booked with them.

My family & I spent our Christmas here this past weekend and had a blast. We rented access to all the spaces offered in the loft & every bit of it from entry up to the top was beautiful. It was spacious and provided extra essentials that we needed. We will definitely be staying here again & I am hoping to rent this space for a photoshoot in the near future as the space is an architectural masterpiece. The host’s were incredibly helpful as well. Highly recommended The Lofts to anyone looking to stay in Heber Springs!

Very nice accommodations with all you need for a short stay. Kitchen fully stocked, comfortable seating, and nice bedding. Half and half in the fridge for coffee in the morning! Nice bathroom. Felicia was super nice and attentive (but not too much).

It is an elegantly and perfectly restored nightly rental with three separate units to choose from that made our visit special. We will definitely be going back!

My wife and I celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary by staying at the Loft. It was a beautiful experience and did not disappoint. The Wetzel Stark room (named after my father) was very well appointed and had a great view of the court house and downtown. This building has so many great memories to me since it housed our family grocery store for almost 30 years and was my step grandfather’s store for many years prior to that. I am so happy that you have renovated this building and turned it into these fabulous Loft rentals. The Loft is absolutely the most beautiful rental accommodations in the area. We will be happy to recommend the Loft to anyone needing a place to stay in Heber Springs or just want a getaway to pamper yourself. THE LOFT IS THE PLACE TO STAY!

Anyone traveling to Heber Springs must consider staying at The Lofts. I happened upon The Lofts by chance and was delighted by its mix of history, sophistication, and comfort. The proprietor is genuinely hospitable and deeply committed. I highly recommend this place.
