My wife and I purchased a new home in Brambleton, West Park Development. Joanne Fisher, from sales, answered all of our questions and walked us though the entire building process. Her professionalism and inviting personality made the purchase exceptional.

The design center with Nancy was an enjoyable experience. We were able to collaborate without any pressure and her design input produced exactly what we were looking for in our new home.

The assistance of Andrew Compton, Construction Forman, with all of our construction questions and demonstration or our new home left nothing unanswered. Any issue post purchase has been responded to immediately and corrected. We have built several homes and have never been attended to at this level. Everyday that Andrew is seen in the job site he approaches and asks if we are happy or have any concerns.

Knutson builds an exceptional home and the entire staff are a pleasure to do work along side. Thank you.

We recently purchased a Knutson condo in Ashburn. We have had a positive experience, and we recommend Knutson Companies. We had the particular pleasure of working with Catherine Taylor (sales agent) and Kevin Martin (project manager). We can't say enough good things about these individuals. Catherine ensured that we were comfortable throughout the entire purchase and move-in process and went above-and-beyond with giving us her time and attention. She is honest and kind and is truly a lovely person! Kevin was incredibly responsive to all of our needs and questions. When I first decided to move to VA, I looked first at communities. Once I decided on Birchwood, I began looking at builders. I choose Knutson Builders – Archer Square as they had a 1 bedroom with a den. Catherine Taylor on the Sales Staff showed me both the unit in which I was interested but also other options. She was informative but let us look to our heart’s content. I have always chosen a place to live for the kitchen and I loved the kitchen area – large island and plenty of storage along with nice touches – spice cabinet by the range and a cabinet for cookie sheets and similar items.

I did need to sell my Florida condo, so I explained that I would be interested in Building 2. Once that building was ready for sale, I was able to sign a contract to buy and was on my way.

I was always kept in the loop and as I was still in Florida, meetings with Trinity Wiring and the construction folks were held via zoom. I came up for the design studio and Nancy Hemby was fun to work with. What I especially loved about working with all the contractors and support personnel is that no one tried to upsell me – my choices were respected.

And the attention didn’t stop there. From the initial walk through to my moving in, the onsite staff, including Kevin, the project manager, were there to answer questions. Even before I closed, I was invited to Archer Square gatherings and learned more about the features of my new home.

I would highly recommend Knutson Companies to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Our Experience with Knutson has been very good so far and we are about to close our townhome this month end. Joanne Fisher, the sales manager is very supportive and helpful in providing all the insights during construction process. She was always there when we had any doubts and also have good understanding of Indian Culture and traditions. I chose a Knutson property in Ashburn, VA. The 55+ condominium community was a excellent choice. The amenities are excellent and the quality of construction was above my expectations. Great experience with Knutson from the sale/design with Joanne and Nancy who has been outstanding and meticulous to Mike for the construction with building a quality home we would love to Andrew and Steven post sale making sure any minor item is addressed and perfected, even the ones we did not see.
