Our entire process with Kelly Garland was GREAT! She was very professional and at the same time so personable. We contacted her before we were quite ready to sell our house and she was patient and helpful. When we were ready, unfortunately the market had changed. She held open houses and advertised our home. All the time telling us that our house was worth the asking price. When we decided to go ahead and move before the sale, she said she would handle the house for us.
